Thurleigh Road, Wandsworth.
This project is a full house refurbishment with a basement excavation and crisp rear extension focusing on to the garden. The basement accommodated a further bedroom, utility room and family room and is accessed from the corner of the ground floor rear extension. The position of the stair creates a much closer link between the ground floor space and basement family room as well as acting as a light well bringing natural daylight down stairs.
