Strathrye Ave, SW London.
This SW London terrace house is typical of the area, a narrow footprint but with a very long garden.
Working within the Permitted Development parameters we extended as far as possible creating a large open plan space. We also rationalise the space at the back of the house creating a great entertainment space focusing on the garden. The rear elevation is broken up with a small step which also creates a pitched roof canopy that allows you to have the doors open on a rainy day.
